Vamana Labs provides a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform by the name of DeskPe designed for small restaurants, cloud kitchens, and Grocery shops, enabling them to establish an online presence and manage online orders without incurring commission fees typically charged by third-party marketplaces. Our Services include:

- Payment processing through a native payment gateway - Customer relationship management tools - Analytics and reporting features

2. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

• - Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• - Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• - Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• - Use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Payment Terms

Payments for our Services are processed through Razorpay. By using our Services, you agree to comply with Razorpay's terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if payment cannot be processed.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of DeskPe or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vamana Labs LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our Services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vamana Labs LLP, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any party.
